The Announcement of Crownfall’s Fourth Act
Amont the new thing that players will have access to is the Crownfall Act IV. What’s interesting is that Kastrel from Icewrack will be back. We don’t have any special details about whether there will be a big PvE event or something similar, but it is not out of the question. Valve described that there would be some source of palace assault, which definitely seems like a PvE event.

- Switch Discipline – When used, Kez will switch between his Kazurai Katana and Shado Sai and get a different attack ability, depending on the weapon. Sai attack gets 150 range and has a base attack time of 1.5, whereas the Katana base attack time is 2, it gets 20% bonus damage and has 225 range.
- Grappling Claw – This ability allows Kez to swing on a grappling hook towards a target or a tree. Once that hook collides with a target, the unit will be slowed down by 80%/ Furthermore, the hero’s attack will give him 100% lifesteal + up to 200 bonus lifesteal if the target is a hero.
- Kazurai Katana – This passive ability allows Katana to apply a stacking DoT that will deal up to 10% of the weapon’s damage per second. The ability lasts for 8s and the attacked target has a 35% health regen reduction.
- Falcon Rush – This ability will allow the hero to Rish toward an enemy. Phasing collision and his attack rate are less affected by attack speed.
- Talon Toss – Kez throws a Sai at a target unit that will detonate itself when it lands. Once that happens, it will do 225 damage and apply a 2.5s silence.
- Shado Sai – Kez’s attack and abilities can mark an enemy, which means their MS will be reduced by 10%. Besides that, the next attack against marked enemies will give the hero T rue Trike, he will stun the target and also deal crit. Kez can even disarm himself and parry attacks from a target.
- Raven’s Veil – When used, Dota 2 Kez will release a wave of smoke that will add Mark and Parry bonus to all nearby enemies. Kez will also receive a basic dispel, he will gain MS and invisibility when he attacks or casts a spell.
