The new Valorant patch 9.11 will be available later down the road because the community is still waiting for Valorant patch 9.10. With that said, it seems like the Duelist meta will change because a game designer in Valorant said that Neon will receive nerfs.
Neon Nerfs in Patch 9.11
In addition to the potential buffs to Phoenix that a lot of people are waiting for, there will be another big change on the horizon. By the looks of it, the Valorant patch 9.11 will nerf Neon, one of the most popular heroes right now.
According to a tweet, “Neon is too strong..We are working on some adjustments to balance out the parts that feel overpowered while painting her ground movement combat fantasy.” In other word, Riot finally listened to its community and agrees that she is just too strong. Neon is very difficult to read and can cause chaos if played right.
